Patient Case Coordinator

Working hours: 11:30 - 8:00pm Monday - Friday
Training hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday for the first two weeks
temporary 4-6 months, possible extension
Taking in bound calls from patients
Listening to Patients and typing at the same time
Looking up information while speaking with Patient.
Will be using split screens,
Must have office skills (WORD, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK).
Must have good attendance.
Must have call center experience, taking inbound calls.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Health insurance background is not required but must have the call center experience.
