  • Execute and maintain project management processes and project plans in an agile environment; Own and maintain product specification document
  • Interact with key stakeholders including business leaders, business users, product owners, data science and engineering to translate business requirements into product requirements and understand project requirements/delivery
  • Build strong communication channels with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution; Identify and remove roadblocks
  • Drive transparency by assisting with communication on the status of milestones and managing expectations
  • Work with product owners to understand and refine complex business problems into a prioritized backlog
  • Work with data science, development and engineering to establish and meet sprint requirements
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between applications, platforms, services, and environments
  • Actively work with development team to conduct gap analysis and identify the most feasible solution
  • Work collaboratively with the team to address all relevant implementation details involved in each story
  • Conduct all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, story review, sprint retrospective and end of sprint demos.
  • Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed


  • 5-7 years of agile project management experience
  • Experienced with agile software development principles along with a demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams consisting of technologist and business representatives toward increased agility over time
  • Experience as a member of a high performing team working in a fast-paced enterprise software development environment while demonstrating a strong ability to balance multiple priorities and respond to urgent issues and/or changes in product priorities
  • Superior attention to detail supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences; Demonstrated ability to influence up and down the organization
