The ideal candidate has experience as an Administrative Assitant/Coordinator, or Admin Project Managaemnt expereince in a Corporate environement.

Legal secretaries, store managers, sales coordinators need not apply please!!!!!!


Contract assignment ranging from 3-18 months with possible extension
Hourly rate is $19-$21 per hour

Must have experience supporting executives in a corporate environment. 

Must have strong verbal communication skills.

Must have a minimum of 3 years Administrative Assistant/Coordinator experience, NO billing or AP/AR please!!!

Must have the following skills:

Excellent Microsoft application knowledge in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point

Pro-Actively manage executive calendars with multiple priorities, identify conflicts and creatively resolve, schedule cross functional meetings and respond to meeting requests
Maintain field contact lists and assignments
Coordinate web-interface meetings, capture, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, process expense reports
Coordinate mailings and courier/deliveries
Provide backup support to designated AC
Update and maintain dues, memberships, subscriptions
Maintenance and retrieval of filed information and correspondence to ensure immediate access to information
